1. अक्षय ऊर्जा दिवस 20 अगस्त को मनाया जाता है
अक्षय ऊर्जा दिवस (नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा दिवस) हर साल 20 अगस्त को भारत में अक्षय ऊर्जा के विकास और अपनाने के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए मनाया जाता है। अक्षय ऊर्जा दिवस की शुरुआत 2004 में भारतीय नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा स्रोत मंत्रालय द्वारा की गई थी।
2. विश्व मच्छर दिवस 20 अगस्त को मनाया जाता है
20 अगस्त को विश्व मच्छर दिवस मनाया जाता है। यह दिन मलेरिया के कारण होने वाली बीमारियों से लड़ने में स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों, गैर सरकारी संगठनों और अन्य लोगों के प्रयासों को उजागर करने के लिए मनाया जाता है। विश्व मच्छर दिवस 2021 का विषय "जीरो-मलेरिया लक्ष्य तक पहुंचना" है।
3.20 अगस्त 2021 को हम पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी की 77वीं जयंती मनाने जा रहे हैं।
भारत हर साल 20 अगस्त को पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी की जयंती के उपलक्ष्य में सद्भावना दिवस मनाता है। इस साल 20 अगस्त 2021 को हम पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी की 77वीं जयंती मनाने जा रहे हैं।
4. दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल करेंगे देश के पहले स्मॉग टावर का उद्घाटन,
मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को कनॉट प्लेस स्थित बाबा खड़क सिंह मार्ग पर देश के पहले स्मॉग टावर का उद्घाटन करेंगे. स्मॉग टॉवर हर सेकेंड में 1,000 क्यूबिक मीटर हवा को साफ करेगा और दिल्ली में पीएम 2.5 और पीएम 10 के स्तर को कम करेगा।
5. दिल्ली-चंडीगढ़ हाईवे भारत में पहला ईवी-फ्रेंडली हाईवे,
दिल्ली-चंडीगढ़ राजमार्ग देश का पहला ईवी-फ्रेंडली हाईवे बन गया है। स्टेशनों का नेटवर्क भारी उद्योग मंत्रालय की FAME-1 फास्टर एडॉप्शन एंड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग ऑफ हाइब्रिड एंड इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल्स योजना के तहत भारत हेवी इलेक्ट्रिकल्स लिमिटेड द्वारा स्थापित किया गया था।
6. राजनाथ सिंह ने लॉन्च किया डिफेंस इंडिया स्टार्टअप चैलेंज- DISC 5.0,
राजनाथ सिंह ने 19 अगस्त, 2021 को नई दिल्ली में इनोवेशन फॉर डिफेंस एक्सीलेंस - डिफेंस इनोवेशन ऑर्गनाइजेशन पहल के तहत डिफेंस इंडिया स्टार्टअप चैलेंज 5.0 लॉन्च किया।
7. भारत ने यूएन के सहयोग से लॉन्च किया यूनाइट अवेयर प्लेटफॉर्म
भारत (India) ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के शांति सैनिकों की सुरक्षा और सुरक्षा में सुधार के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सहयोग से "यूनाइट अवेयर" नामक एक तकनीकी मंच लॉन्च किया है।

9. एमाज़ॉन Alexa को भारत में मिली अमिताभ बच्चन की आवाज
एमाज़ॉन ने 78 वर्षीय बॉलीवुड स्टार अमिताभ बच्चन की आवाज़ को मौजूदा उपयोगकर्ताओं को खुश करने और नए उपभोक्ताओं को गूगल सहायक और ऐप्पल के सिरी पर अपने आवाज सहायक का उपयोग करने के लिए आकर्षित करने के अपने प्रयासों के एक हिस्से के रूप में लॉन्च किया है। नए लॉन्च के साथ, यूएस टेक जायंट ने भारत में अपना सेलिब्रिटी वॉयस फीचर भी लाया है।
10. धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने किया IIT-H में स्थापित AI में अनुसंधान और नवाचार केंद्र का उद्घाटन
केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान-हैदराबाद में स्थापित आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस में अनुसंधान और नवाचार केंद्र का वस्तुतः उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने सामग्री विज्ञान और धातुकर्म इंजीनियरिंग विभाग, उच्च-प्रदर्शन कंप्यूटिंग केंद्र और उच्च-रिज़ॉल्यूशन इलेक्ट्रॉन माइक्रोस्कोपी सुविधा के पहले शैक्षणिक भवन का भी उद्घाटन किया।

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will inaugurate the country’s first smog tower, at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Connaught Place. The smog tower will clean 1,000 cubic metres of air every second and reduce PM 2.5 and PM 10 levels in Delhi.

Delhi-Chandigarh Highway has become the country’s first EV-friendly highway in the country. The network of stations was set up by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited under the FAME-1 (Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Hybrid & Electric Vehicles scheme of the Ministry of Heavy Industries.

India has ranked second in terms of crypto adoption worldwide behind Vietnam, but ahead of countries such as the US, UK, and China, according to the 2021 Global Crypto Adoption Index by blockchain data platform Chainalysis.

10. Dharmendra Pradhan inaugurates Centre for Research & Innovation in AI set up at IIT-H
Dharmendra Pradhan has virtually inaugurated the Centre for Research and Innovation in Artificial Intelligence set up at the Indian Institute of Technology-Hyderabad (IIT-H). He also inaugurated the first Academic Building of the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgical Engineering, High-Performance Computing Centre and High-Resolution Electron Microscopy Facility.
